Jura Š. Procházka
I'm from Moravia. I love soil under my fingernails, children's laughter, and natural buildings. I studied electrical engineering at the Brno technical school, cinematography at VOŠFZ in the Zlín studios of Karel Zeman, and editing at FAMU under Honza Daňhel and Drahomíra Vihanová. I assisted in editing on several films, including Four Suns /B. Sláma/, Places /R. Špaček/, Hastrman /O. Havelka/, and Force /M. Mareček/. As a creative editor I worked with T. Reichová /Epidemic of Freedom/, V. Turner /Behind the Coal Curtain/, and A. Růžičková /Movements of Jan Calábek, Jungle of Sails/, but most of all I edit moving pictures with Vítek Zapletal /Life Ahead, Dust, Josef Váchal/. I cut my way through all Czech mainstream television channels before realising television is not my path. I am a certified instructor of the Oxygen Advantage breathing school.
Vítek Zapletal
I'm also from Moravia. I studied directing at FAMU in the workshop of Jan Němec and Petr Marek. As an assistant director I worked on Too Young a Night, Family Film (Olmo Omerzu), and Road to Rome (Tomasz Mielnik). In co-production with FAMU, Czech Television, and Produkce Radim Procházka I made my debut feature Dust, which was distributed by Artcam after its premiere at KVIFF. For Czech Television Brno I wrote and directed the docudrama Josef Váchal. I draw a bit.
