1. Introductory Provisions

Nefilm, s. r. o., registered at Bělecč č.ev. 123, 267 27, Liteň, ID: 22542230 (the “Operator”), operates the website nefilm.cz at https://www.nefilm.cz (the “Site”). The Site allows Recipients to view audiovisual works (“AVW”) placed on the Site, at their own request and at a time of their choosing.

Use of the "nefilm.cz" service (the "Service") means displaying an AVW by a Recipient. A Recipient is a person authorised via the Site to view audiovisual works under the conditions below and for their own personal use, unless the Agreement states otherwise.

The relationship between the Operator and the Recipient is governed by these Terms and the laws of the Czech Republic.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Recipient

The Service is provided at the price listed for each individual AVW on nefilm.cz. The price is final (the Seller is not a VAT payer).

The Recipient may use the Service for personal use only. Public performance is excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Recipient may not copy, distribute, publicly communicate, or otherwise reproduce any AVW without the prior written consent of the Operator or the rights holder.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Operator

The Operator reserves the right to determine and change how individual AVWs are displayed on the Site and to remove any AVW at any time without giving reasons. The Operator bears no liability for unavailability of the Service due to technical issues on the Recipient's side.

4. Liability

Services are provided "as is". The Operator gives no warranties regarding functionality or continuous availability of the Service. The Operator is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Service.

6. General Provisions

By using the Service the Recipient agrees to these Terms. The Operator may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the new version on the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

This version of the Terms takes effect on 12 March 2026.
